Custom Print Trio – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Custom Print Trio!

We are a family-owned 3D printing business. Many of our products are printed specifically for each customer.

Order Processing and Production

Most orders require 3–5 business days for printing, preparation, and packaging before shipping.

Larger or more complex custom orders may take longer. We will contact you if additional production time is needed.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Your estimated delivery timeframe includes the time required to produce your order plus the time USPS takes to deliver it.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout using USPS rates based on the delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.

We currently offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping.

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $70.00 or more, before applicable taxes.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders require 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination and USPS service.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Larger or more complex custom orders may require additional production time.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will do our best to communicate significant delays.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

For packages that appear lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate.
