1. About Us

Welcome to Custom Print Trio! We are a family-owned 3D printing business offering custom creations, personalized gifts, decorative items, and functional 3D-printed products.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, dimensions, designs, and customization requests.

We may contact customers to clarify design details before beginning production.

We reserve the right to decline orders that we cannot safely or reasonably produce.

3. Production Times

Most products are printed, prepared, and packaged within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Complex or large custom projects may require additional production time. We will communicate significant delays when possible.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on USPS rates, package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70 or more before applicable taxes.

Most orders require 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and circumstances outside our control may affect arrival dates.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom and personalized items are generally not eligible for return due to a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. 3D-Printed Product Characteristics

Because of the 3D printing process, products may have minor layer lines, texture differences, or small variations in appearance.

These characteristics are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Products should be used only for their intended purposes. Unless specifically stated, products are not certified as food-safe, heat-resistant, or suitable for safety-critical applications.

8. Customer-Provided Designs

Customers confirm they have permission to use any designs, logos, images, or files they submit for printing.

We may refuse requests that appear to violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Print Trio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our business grows. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
